Please come to learn more about:

*A Long-Term Care Partnership policy that the state of Texas has approved.
This gives you even more of an incentive to purchase Long Term Care as a way to protect your assets.

*Long-term care expenses -such as home health care, assisted living, adult day care, and nursing home care – can wreak havoc on a family’s financial assets.  In 2011, Austin’s average rate of assisted living is $45,690-$73,000+ / year! It’s all too common and certain to get more expensive as our population ages. Much of this problem is caused by common misconceptions about how private health insurance, Medicare & Medicaid pays for long-term care. I want to make sure that you don’t share those misconceptions.

*Few people realize that 42% of those receiving long-term care are under age 65! Younger people often need long-term care due to accidents, strokes, brain injuries or tumors, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy and even early onset of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease.  And, long-term care insurance policies are health underwritten and age rated. So, the earlier one purchases a policy, the lower the premiums and the easier it is to qualify for a policy.

It is my responsibility as a Long Term Care Specialist to make available to you this very important aspect of completing your Long Term Planning. I want you to be confident that you have made the best decisions about your care, should you be that one out of two people needing care at some point in their lives.

For those of you, who have already purchased a LTC policy, consider bringing a friend who might need the information.

Please let Heather know if you will be attending.
